Order processing times may vary depending on the product and its availability. Orders typically require processing time before they are shipped. This processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time and varies depending on the product. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. Shipping & Delivery

The estimated shipping times provided during the checkout process are based on standard shipping conditions. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

All shipping cost are based solely on the weight of the products purchased and the current United States Postal Service rate.

Return & Exchanges

All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Only store credit will be allowed for damaged goods. It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for store credit.

Shipping and handling fees are non- refundable (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

Items returned after 14 days upon delivery of merchandise will no longer be accepted.

Pop-up Shop & Events

PRODUCTS

Some eyeglass products may be available exclusively on this site and have been pre selected for this website. Certain frames that are available in person or at vendor event opportunities may not be available. All products quantities are limited and all sales are final. Products are NOT exchangeable and cannot be returned. The pricing of frames and/or accessories are subject to change at any given time without notice. Discounts and promotions (such as buy 4 get 1 free) are not eligible for purchases made online unless an advertising special has been posted on 4EYESFRAMES platforms prior to sell and only within the dates provided.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Frames are sold with plastic lens and there are no prescription medicine in any frames. Customers are responsible for having their own prescriptions put into their 4EYES frames, once they are purchased. Recommendations can be provided to customers. It will be the responsibility of the customer to message separately 4EYESFRAMES for those recommendations.
